These policies are designed to promote a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment that aligns with the organization’s mission and values.

The key policies include, but are not limited to:

  1. Zero Tolerance Policy for Vulgarity and Obscenity
All individuals and entities are expected to maintain respectful communication and behavior at all times. Any form of vulgar, obscene, or offensive language, gestures, or actions is strictly prohibited.

  2. Professional Conduct Policy
Individuals and organizations must demonstrate professionalism in all interactions related to PDDBM. This includes adhering to agreed-upon schedules, respecting the roles and responsibilities of others, and maintaining a cooperative and constructive attitude.

By engaging with PDDBM, all participants acknowledge their understanding of these policies and agree to uphold them without exception. Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate disassociation from PDDBM activities, events, or partnerships, as deemed necessary by the organization's leadership.

These standards ensure the integrity of PDDBM’s initiatives and the creation of a safe and positive space for all stakeholders.
