Mastering Professional & Nonviolent Communication (In-Person)

This 12-session, highly interactive training blends proven frameworks (Crucial Conversations + Nonviolent Communication) with real PDDBM scenarios so you can reduce complaints, de-escalate conflict, and lead with professionalism and respect.

Attendance & expectations

This is a hands-on course—active participation is required. Reading and short workbook exercises are assigned between sessions. PDDBM leadership may have additional completion requirements as part of board service.
