How it works
Choose your track: Fashion Design, Film, or Journalism.
Train like a student: Attend and complete all class sessions, assignments, and checkpoints in your selected track.
Assessment & Orientation: Pass a short assessment and complete orientation.
On-the-Job Training (OJT): Begin teaching with PDDBM while being shadowed for the first few weeks—then transition to full classroom leadership.
Hiring Pathway: Completing this certification qualifies you for consideration as a paid PDDBM instructor.

Earn Your Investment Back
All PDDBM programs include a built-in entrepreneurial component. As an instructor-in-training, you will practice guiding students to sell their finished projects to real consumers (e.g., apparel drops, film screenings, magazine issues). Adults often recoup their costs by applying these same strategies to their own creative work.
Attendance & Grading
Attendance is required for all scheduled sessions in your track.
Completion includes assignments, portfolio artifacts, assessment, and OJT readiness.
Missing requirements or lacking the required equipment/software results in non-completion.
