Our Unconscious Bias Training is designed to help individuals recognize and address implicit biases in the workplace and beyond. Our training courses are offered in both full and mini group formats, with full courses consisting of 20 hours of in-person training with groups of 6-7 people and a maximum of 42 people at one time. Mini courses are conducted online via a 2.5 hour Zoom session with Q&A included and can accommodate up to 50 people at one time. With a minimum of 7 people required to register for full courses, we ensure that each individual receives personalized attention and support throughout the training.
