About PDDBM
PDDBM is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the community through culturally relevant programs and initiatives. Our work is funded solely through donations, grants, and sponsorships. We do not operate like a typical retail business, and we do not have the capacity or staff to manage refunds and exchanges on a large scale. Every purchase helps sustain our free afterschool programs, community events, and other vital services.

All Sales Are Final
All products sold through PDDBM are sold "as-is", and all sales are considered final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are shopping at your own discretion and risk.

Returns & Exchanges (Case-by-Case Only)
While we cannot process refunds under any circumstance, we may consider returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability. We value your satisfaction and will do our best to assist you within the limits of our nonprofit capacity.
